Taylor Swift Inspired Dessert

Today's newsletter is going out a little later than usual because I just got back from Atlanta where I was on a mother-daughter trip to see Taylor Swift. Wow! What a show! So much fun. There was glitter, glamor, and just great girl fun. I hope everyone can experience something like this, even if you aren't a TS fan. In honor of Taylor's love for things glittery and girly I'm sharing a pretty pink dessert that's really easy to make. Get the Recipe! Mystery Post Mystery Post Unsubscribe P.O....

New York was amazing! The shows, the music, just being in a big city was so much fun, but I'm glad to be home. April and May are super busy months for parents and we have a lot going on with school activities, end of year testing prep, a musical, scouring, and sports - not to mention trying to just enjoy spring. Here's a new recipe you can try if you're super busy too! It's a fun take on a classic recipe the whole family will love. Get the Recipe! Mystery Post Mystery Post Unsubscribe P.O....

Can you relate? Here's a new recipe on the blog that's super easy and great for a busy weeknight - gotta feed those teens! Get the Recipe! Mystery Post Mystery Post Unsubscribe P.O. Dear Reader Summer is officially here. Today is my son's last day of school (daughter has already been out for nearly two weeks!) so we're celebrating sleeping in, loose schedules, and some freedom from all the things that encompass our time during the school year. Since it's summer, I've come up with two great lemonade recipes to stay refreshed while you're enjoying the sunshine. The first is our traditional homemade lemonade, and then we kicked it up a notch and added watermelon to make a...

Dear Reader I just got back from filling my gas tank and it feels good! We were down to one car last night after running out of gas in one of our cars from picking our kids up from school (two different schools) and taking them to scouts and sports practices. I'm having bad flashbacks to last year when there was a toilet paper shortage, but I think gas is worse because it takes gas to find gas. And, when your tank is low you can't drive all around town seeking a station that actually has gas....

Dear Reader I just got back from two days at the beach, by myself. Truth be told, I actually would have loved some company, but I think I needed the rest and relaxation that can only come from alone time. Check out my bike ride on the Isle of Palms and follow me over on Instagram to get some behind the scenes stuff. Anyway, I hope you have some rest and relaxation tomorrow for Mother's Day. Here are some of our favorite brunch recipes. Sticky Bun Breakfast Ring Cinnamon Roll Casserole Apple...
